Beirut Waterfront Development

The Beirut Waterfront Development (BWD) is a joint venture between Solidere and Stow Waterfront. The project, designed by Steven Holl in collaboration with Lebanese architect Nabil Gholam, comprises residential, commercial and recreational facilities around 12,000 sqm of fully-serviced, furnished units for sale. There will also be an 800-member yacht club and health & fitness center, in addition to 9,000 sqm. of commercial areas.
